These Linden Lab People are the most incompetent assholes out there... For starters they totally screwed up my initial quaterly membership billing date never got set.. So I could not get appropriate funds to buy land... So after waiting 35 days to buy my land.. It failed as I could only get $10 still not the tier 1 level it should have been at, due to their incredible perfect system (bhaahaahaabhaba) After contacting support, they closed my initial ticket after a 2 day wait with a bs form reply.. I re-opened it immediately, again I had to wait 2 more days for them to say, ok I can do this and set your billing date to the day you signed up.. So, I replied ok please do this, again having to wait 2 more days for a reply.. Now the guy comes back and says, my account is in cancel mode, so i cant continue with this, and closes my ticket.. How absurd to just push me away, wtf is with these people?? Like thats going to make me happy? Now at this point I already knew it was in cancel mode becaose i seen this problem when login to website and had in another ticket which is 4 days old now asking to fix this problem. They replied you cancelled, if you want to un-cancel please let me know and i will correct> Guess what I replied. YES OMG, I DID NOT CANCEL, ITS AN ERROR, FIX IT PLEASE! only 2 have to wait 2 more days Meanwhile, numerous live chats were ignored, and no help only to have them ignore me after they gave me form response on my question before i could even explain myself.. (this is premium support mode I am in btw) in case you were thinking that would HELP you, IT WILL NOT, only cause more agony! DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING! Anyhow, now i just been hounding them for days, only to get the schmega chin flick from every angle.. I finally go into live chat and tell the operator, please give me SOMEONE who has a cluE.. PLEASE!!!.. after 4 hours of them saying they can help me and charge me for a years membership, they tell me they cant fix my billing date and i woul dhave to wait 7 more days to get $100 access (OMG I want to buy a SIM) thats 3 more months i have to wait.. I am like no, the supervisor said he could fix this.. So she goes well let me set you into basic mode so you dont get charged anymore (THIS TAKES AWAY LIVE CHAT SUPPORT) THEY KNOW WHAT THEY AR DOING OVER THERE JUST FUCKING with people they dont like So i said, well i aint waiting 90 more days to buy my sim, cancel that order you just put thru since it aint doing nothing for me. So, now you have to understand i have about $20 of land and stuff i bought on this account now and they go in kick ME OUT, steal my land, took them only 3 minutes after this support chat to do this!!! I couldnt even get my funds to a inside friend quick enough... Weel, Thats how they take care of their customers.. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL LINDENS CAN LICK THE FUCKING BACK OF MY BALLS AND I am in no way exaggerating this fucking story one bit, if anything i left out 6 more pages of their incompetence

Having looked at the original postcard sent, it would appear that Linden Lab did not set a sim name in this postcard, which unfortunately breaks the mapping here :(
